Charley Turns 21! | Birthday Look Book

Hey babes! I’m back again with another look book. This past weekend, I celebrated my birthday (April 6th) with my closest friends. I’ve officially turned 21 and couldn’t be happier (no more fake IDs!)

As If

7516811216_IMG_14317516811216_IMG_14357516811216_IMG_1440

Top & Bottom: Fashion Nova | Bra: La Suenza | Shoes: Charlotte Russe | Watch: Francesca’s

This fit is definitely one for the bookstore me. Total 2018 School Girl. I didn’t think the skirt would look as good as it does on me! The quality is amazing, if I may add. I paired the plaid skirt with a black mesh long-sleeved crop top with a black bra underneath, and single-soled heels. The fur cuff around the ankle added some flare to the fit.

Rose Gold Glitz & Glamorous

Dress: Fashion Nova| Heels: Charlotte Russe

I wore this fit on my actual birthday!  I fell in LOVE. This dress fit perfect to a T, and I got it in an XS. The dress is detailed with rose gold sequences in diamond patterns on the black material which I’m unsure of. I was fortunate enough to find rose gold shoes that matched this dress!

Sexy in Satin

Dress: Fashion Nova | Heels: Charlotte Russe | Choker: Forever 21

I loved this little black dress. The slit in the dress gave it a sexier appeal, but that is exactly what I was going for! It was easy to dance in and was comfortably snug on my body. It comes with a zipper on the side for easier try-on (don’t be like me and try to fit yourself in the dress without unzipping it because you will get stuck!) I paired this fit with a jumbo gold choker, small gold hoops, and gold glittery eyes with a red lip.

Spring Break Miami Look Book 2018

IMG_2739.JPG

Hey y’all! It’s been a while since I’ve uploaded any content (from myself) on my blog. I missed you guys! Recently I went on a mini vacation with my friends to Miami, Florida — the top 5 spot for college spring breakers.

With our many adventures during our three-day trip, I got to get some fits off while in Miami and that’s why I’m here today! I’m actually very upset because I had sooo many other outfits I wanted to put into my lookbook, but I either forgot my camera or was too intoxicated to take photos! 🙃 Here are my top 3 looks:

South Beach Brunch

Destination: The Sugar Factory

IMG_0737IMG_0730IMG_0731IMG_0727

Top & bottom: Fashion Nova | Shoes: Boohoo | Sunglasses: Forever 21

I wish I got pics in this outfit at brunch, but I love the way the bright yellow skort compliments my dark skin. The top gave it an edgier and not so dainty and subtle look, which is what I was going for. I paired this with scrappy, block heels because 1) I knew I was going to be walking for a good minute this day and 2) the black heels compliment the black in my tube top!

Striped Shorts on The Strip

Destination: South Beach, Miami Boardwalk

IMG_1203IMG_1205IMG_1202

Bag: Coach | Shorts: Fashion Nova | Top: Boohoo | Necklace: Francesca’s | Sandals: Forever 21

This was my favorite look on my vacation. The long elephant necklace was such a soft touch to the outfit, yet made it feel so complete. I loved how I wore all black in the 80 degree weather, but made it work for the weather! The bralette plus the shorts were the right combo for the hot weather. The metallic pink sandals also added a chic feel to the outfit. I put my hair in an updo (which was so accidental) to show off the fit.

A Floral Night out at the Nightclub

Destination: Cameo Nightclub

Processed with VSCO with e8 presetProcessed with VSCO with e8 preset

Romper: Fashion Nova | Heels: Urban OG

Upset I didn’t get any photos on my camera in this fit, but my iPhone works just fine. I looovveee this romper. I shopped most of Fashion Nova because I know I can trust their sizes to fit me just right. I got this romper in a XS and It fit perfectly. I paired it with some scrappy white heels to compliment the white and pink flowers on the navy blue romper. I love the peek-a-boo opening on the stomach. It gives the romper a more raunchy feel for a night out. I grabbed my big silver hoops and went with a half up half down hairstyle to match this look, which made it perfect for spring!

I hope you guys enjoyed my looks for Miami. Comment if you’d like me to do more cookbooks on my blog. Thank you! xx

21 Questions with Kris Hilton

charley4Hey guys! It’s been a while since I’ve written but today I’m here to share with you a dear friend of mine. Let’s talk about Kris. I met Kris in New York over the past summer at a greek picnic. After having one conversation, we saw that we had a lot of similar interests, one being that we were from the same city. Kris Hilton is a fashion stylist from Cleveland, Ohio. I’ve gotten the chance to interview Kris on his styling experience and expertise. Take a look!

1. At what age did you start becoming fascinated with fashion?
I’d always had a love for fashion, but once I got into high school I began to take it seriously. I HATED the way everyone dressed and wanted to do different from everyone else.
2. How did you prepare for a career in fashion?
I started indulging in different industries my junior year of high school. I started off Designing, then went into Modeling. I wasn’t crazy about either of those and found that my real niche was Fashion Styling. It gave me more of way to express my creativity. I then began interning for several different companies and gaining my skills from hands-on experiences and used that to kick start my career.

3. What is your dream job?

My dream job entails working for myself. I promised myself I would never work a “job” anymore, my passion is now my career.

4. What are your plans for the future?
My plans for the future include opening up 3 StyledByKHilton showrooms (Cleveland, Atlanta, Los Angeles) that will include exclusive pieces from independent designers from all over. The showrooms will be open exclusively for fashion stylists & college students with fashion majors.
5. Where do you see yourself taking your styling career?

The sky is the limit. I want to focus more on the business aspect of my career. Yes, I love styling and working 1-on-1 with my clients, but the coin is in the business aspect. Open showrooms, open boutiques, manage a team. That’s my goal!

6. Favorite fashion designer?Image 11-14-17 at 1.04 PM (2)
My favorite designer is Karl Lagerfeld. The very first fashion show I saw was Chanel F/W ’09/’10. The presentation itself amazed me in so many ways and really sparked my interest to indulge deeper into the industry. Since then I have discovered and followed the works of Viktor & Rolf, Alexander Wang, Gareth Pugh, Balmain, Rick Owens, Y3, & Versace.

7. How do you go about styling your clients?

Every client is different. so every approach is different. Through my website, you can book my services directly. There is a section for you to explain your needs and we go about the consultation from there.

8. What is the essential accessory of Fall 2017?

I’m still obsessed with the male clutch. It’s a popular accessory in the New York fashion scene. I think it’s perfect for a night out. Especially for people like myself! I carry a million things in my pockets. Having a stylish clutch to compliment your outfit and contain everything you carry on you is a win win!

9. How do you describe your style?

My style is classic & clean. Even though it’s extremely versatile, all my looks maintain a clean gentlemen image. It’s always been my favorite style, I look and feel my best when I step out clean!

10. What is the most treasured item in your closet and why?

All my ties are my treasure pieces. They all have a unique story behind them, and usually when I have to wear a tie another story is probably in the works of being made.

Image 11-14-17 at 1.03 PM11. You’d never be caught dead wearing what?

Keep the fanny packs. I see it’s made a comeback and popular brands such as BAPE, Supreme, Gucci, Etc. have designed a new take on the fanny pack. Whether it’s worn cross body or around the waist, I’ll pass on it.

12. You can never travel without..?

I can never travel without my Carmex, my phone, & charger. I feel like if I were to ever be stranded somewhere, those are the ESSENTIALS I would need to survive.

13. What are you dying to buy next?

I think it’s time for a new designer duffel bag. I’m excited for my 2018 travels and I always like to travel in style. So my next investment will definitely be another bag.

14. If you had to style one celebrity (male), who would it be and why?

Big Sean! He has always been one of my favorite style influencers. His versatility is similar to mine so I feel like he would be fun and easy to work with..

15. The celebrity most in need of a fashion make over is…?

Someone please help Remy Ma. PLEASE. She’s trying to make a comeback and needs help in all aspects. I can’t help her!

16. Your favorite beauty essential is?Image 11-14-17 at 1.03 PM (1)

I always need my translucent powder. It keeps a matte finish on my eyebrows and foundation and keeps my face smooth and oil free.

17. If you had to style one celebrity (female), who would it be and why?

I would love the chance to work with Cardi B. Her 2017 glow up and transformation is amazing. She has nice style but could definitely use a few pointers. Her energy is also amazing, which is important when working with clients. I love to click with my clients both on a personal and professional level.

18. What are your strengths?

Commitment, honesty, promptness, and professionalism.

19. What are your weaknesses?

Constant reassurance. I always need 2nd opinions or reassurance. I wouldn’t really consider that a BAD weakness but It can get in the way sometimes.

Image 11-14-17 at 1.04 PM20. What does fashion mean to you?
Fashion is my form of expression. When I look good, I feel good. I love the way an outfit can make me feel.

21. Do you think there is a difference between fashion and style?

I always have and will forever live by this quote by Edna Woodman: “Fashion can be bought. Style one must possess.”

I agree with Kris when he said he couldn’t live without his charger and cellphone! If you would like to talk to Kris for any inquiries, you can contact him at:

Girls Trip: NYC + LOOK BOOK

img_2932

To keep updated, read my last post before you read this one! This past week, some friends and I made our way to New York City! After a long 14 hour bus drive, you’d think we’d be ready to hit the hay. Nope! At 3:30 in the morning we made our way to a bar called Brooklyn Vibes. The strip we stayed in for the trip is apparently where a lot of Caribbean places and people reside. During my stay, I can attest to this! Brooklyn Vibes played nothing but Caribbean hits and I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Check out my first vlog, recapping my time in New York City and my travel skin care routine! [click here]

IMG_2937.JPGThe first day we visited Poco, a brunch restaurant with bottomless mimosas! They also specialize in organic lunch and dinner.  The drink options were mimosas, sangrias, and bloody mary’s. Of course I went with the sangrias. My friends and I wanted to be adventurous, so we asked for a bloody mary. Let me tell you… THE WORST DRINK I’VE EVER TASTED. Tomato juice in my drinks aren’t the move. The bartender said that many people order it because it’s suppose to ‘cure a hangover’? I don’t get that logic, but nonetheless if I ever had a hangover… bloody mary’s wouldn’t be my go-to. Yuck. We had about 5-6 rounds of sangrias. Talk about day drinking.

Processed with VSCO with hb2 preset

On the menu, I got the pulled chicken sandwich. In between the bun, there was applewood smoked bacon, a 3-cheese blend, tomato and chipotle aioli. SOOOOO GOOD.  It came with a side of potatoes, which was also really good, and a side salad with some type of sauce on it. I couldn’t really recall it, but it was sweet and looked like vinaigrette. If you got the bottomless sangrias, your entire meal would be just $32 plus tax. Not bad I say! It was definitely worth the money. I haven’t seen too many of these type of places in Cleveland, but hopefully I find one!

FullSizeRender.jpgFor brunch I wore a yellow romper from Altar’d State with black strap sandals from Urban OG. I paired it with my favorite Francesca’s sunglasses with a top white frame, some midi rings, and just a small black wallet from Aldo.

IMG_2189.JPG

The next day, we visited China Town. A.k.a, bargain city. Unfortunately, this was one of the stops we agreed to go to later and never found the time to! I actually wish I was able to shop here. i saw lots of sunglasses, bracelets, and bags I wanted to buy! I reminisce going to China Town the time I visited NYC  when I was young and getting a deli sandwich from this small asian cuisine restaurant and I wish I knew the name of it. The scenery is beautiful as well as the bargains in China Town!

Processed with VSCO with hb2 preset

We also visited Coney Island. I always thought Coney Island was in a different city, come to find out it’s right in NYC. I’m not a fan of rides, but there was great food, a reggae festival and salsa dancing on the boardwalk. We even stopped to get ice cream. It was a very windy, and even chilly day which wasn’t expected. Nonetheless we still enjoyed ourselves. We took some pictures next too some huge artwork by artists right in NYC. We even got stopped by a few photographers to take photos of us.

Processed with VSCO with hb2 preset

I wore this beautiful scarlet dress with leaves on it (you know I love palm trees) from Forever 21. Here, my black strap sandals are pictured. I wore my yellow hand bag, reviewed in my latest fashion post from Aldo. I paired it with a rose gold linear necklace from Francesca’s.

Our final destination was Times Square. The scenery and vibe is truly capturing. It took us about an hour to find food. There were way too many options! H&M was HUGE compared to the one in the mall in my hometown.

Processed with VSCO with hb2 presetThe Juice Shop. My best friend wanted a smoothie so bad, we searched high and low for one! We finally landed to one and guess what, the smoothies were TEN DOLLARS. I’ve never had a smoothie for that much and neither have my friends. Then again, it is New York. We tried a PB&J and CJ smoothie which consisted of peanut butter, chia gel, strawberry, banana, agave, and almond milk. Yum! It tasted just like a PB&J sandwich and after tasting it, I still don’t think $10 would be worth it, haha.

Processed with VSCO with hb2 preset

I featured this denim button up dress in my vlog. It is from H&M and I got it for only $15 (yes it was on sale)! My cute sandals are from Alumni, a store we found on a strip in Brooklyn, New York.

Processed with VSCO with hb2 presetFun fact: I spent $40 on this meal right here. Chicken alfredo and a drink. N E V E R  A G A I N. It was delicious though, but definitely not worth the price. This dinner was at il Fornetto. The service was great and our waitress had a great sense of humor. The dinner was by the lake and on the lake were beautiful swans and boats. There was a ‘beware of sharks’ sign, but honestly the water was way too shallow for sharks. I think it was just for entertainment. Anyways, my friends and I regretted spending up to $50 at this restaurant!

IMG_2450 2.JPG

I’d rate this trip a 9.5/10.. everything was amazing, even with the long train rides and expensive food. I enjoyed getting away for the summer and making memories with my friends! Next stop: Cancun? Stay tuned!

Fashion Trend: Off The Shoulder

What’s In: Off the shoulder. Off-the-shoulder tops are pretty much everywhere you turn. The summer trend has evolved into a huge phenomenon, as women of all shapes and sizes are sporting this style and have been now for months! Many retailers are stocking up on this popular trend — from crop tops, dresses, fashion tops, rompers, jumpsuits, etc. It’s feminine and you can wear it in any season!

BE INSPIRED

***disclaimer: The Style Island does not own any photos used for inspiration.

A few shopping trips back, I got my hands on this cute embroidered, off the shoulder top. I had to add it to my blog! My talented cousin, Taylor, took the photos below. I’m glad I could be her muse for a good hour! I paired this look with a pop of yellow, a slick back ponytail, and some pale pink pants and lucite heels!

@taylaudsphotography

Other ways to pair an off-the-shoulder top could be with a dainty choker and mini skirt combo, or even ripped jeans and a clutch bag! Cute right?

THE DON’TS: Never wear a jacket with your off-the-shoulder top unless the weather calls for it. It takes the beauty out of you wearing an off-the-shoulder top! No one will be able to see the shoulder action with the jacket on. You feel me?

Fashion Trend: Palazzo Pants

Processed with VSCO with hb2 presetProcessed with VSCO with hb2 presetProcessed with VSCO with hb2 preset

So this is last night’s look. Some friends and I went strolling through downtown Cleveland, OH. The scenery was beautiful! We visited the Corner Alley and Barrio. I got some delicious bacon tacos (yes, bacon) and a strawberry margarita!

Palazzo pants for women first became a popular trend in the late 1960s and early 1970s. The style was reminiscent of the wide-legged cuffed trousers, now available in a variety of colors and patterns today. You can find these at Forever 21, Boohoo, Asos, and many other retailers. I’m super petite, so the ones I found where a miracle! These fit perfect.

The way I paired my outfit gives me a simple bohemian look. You can pair this look with a cross body bag, gladiator or lug sole sandals, kimono, chunky necklace, and/or bold earrings!

Summer 2017 Wishlist // Must Have’s

Hey babes! I’ve spent some time doing some cleaning out of my closet and now I’m ready for some new and fun pieces to put into my wardrobe. I’m big on neutral tops and bottoms and pairing them with bold/statement jacket, shoes, and/or accessories. Here’s a list of items I feel like my closet is lacking. Feel free to roam these sites for yourself!

img_0422Phillipa Low Side Scoop Bodysuit | Every girl needs a white bodysuit. This one adds a fashion twist with some side boob action. I love it! You can find it here for $12 in a variety of colors. Like I said before, I love plain tops. I’d pair this with some denim shorts or jeans with the knees cut out, preferably in the color grey or black. You can even go the sporty route and wear this with leggings, a full zip hoodie, and some of your fave Nikes or Adidas.

img_0423

Shelley Shirred Bandeau Maxi Dress|Who doesn’t love a good maxi dress? And I love the fact that this one is bandeau style!! You can pair this with cute metallic sandals or even tan strap-up sandals. And if you don’t like denim jackets, you can pair it with a floral (or any pattern of your choice) kimono! You can find this here for $24 in khaki, navy, berry, and black! The model in the photo is sporting this with a long necklace which I would definitely do so myself!
img_0424

Niki Mustard Faux Suede Biker Jacket | THAT YELLOW! How could you resist?! Not only does this color pop on WOC, it is a fashion statement in itself! Try an all black fit underneath, or if you’re feeling frisky, go with all white. Any neutral tones would look under this jacket honestly. Even denim bottoms and a plain t-shirt would be cute. You can find this here for $62, which I find isn’t bad at all.

img_0426Crush Shorts – Light Denim| Here’s some high-waisted shorts with a little detail. I love the small amount of fringes at the bottom as well, but the lace up on the side is to die for! I’d go for a bodysuit, crop top, graphic tee, or shift top to pair nice with these babies! You can find these here for $35! Pair with some over the knee boots would look good too. These are definitely a must have for an edgy look for the summer!

img_0427Put Him On Read Shorts – Medium Wash | Ha. The name of these shorts is killer. It’s always good to have at least one medium wash and one light wash of denim shorts. I had an off the shoulder, all white bodysuit in mind with these. 😍 Maybe even a button down with some stiletto heels, pair it with a duster coat? A lot of looks you can do with these. And you can dress it up or down! You can find these here for $28.

img_0428

Ankle-length Slacks | If you don’t own a pair of slacks, now is your chance. You can find these babies right here for $15. Not bad! I’d love to have a bold pair of slacks, only because I wear a plain tops most of the time. H&M offers a lot of different colors and patterns, like black, beige, black & white patterned, etc. I even went to the mall and saw these, and they had them in a burnt orange color. Pair this up with a peplum top, button down, a blazer, flats, heels, or even sandals. The style options are endless!

🌴FAVE OF THE MONTH🌴

Crochet Caged Cheeky Bodysuit

img_0436

I see looks on Instagram get pulled with this all the time. I think this is definitely a piece every girl should have in their closet! Find it here. This crochet and lace bodysuit is just beautiful. I see girls also pair it with a lace bralette underneath for an extra intricate look. Of course denim would pair well, but what else? How about a leather skirt and simple black heels? Go for a millennial look and try pairing it with joggers and heels. That’s also a look I’ve seen on Instagram by Kylie Jenner, Karrueche, and other celebs.

 SHOE FAVES

Pointed Toe Suede Flats| I. NEED. THESE. I’m not big on flats but these right here… I seriously need. And only for 20 bucks! You can find these sleek taupe flats with metallic detail right here!

Open Toe Stiletto Heels | What a beauty, and in rose gold! You can find these here in silver, nude, gold, and black. Take these babies on a night out on the town with a bodycon dress and a statement necklace!

Florence Frill Detailed Heels | The frill detail is to die for!! I’m pairing this with a jumpsuit and duster coat! Find it here in nude, deep red, black, grey, and yellow!

NMD by Adidas | These have been out for a while but I haven’t gotten my hands on these yet! Definitely can dress these up or down with jeans, jogging suit, athletic wear, etc. You can find these here.

CUTE BAGS

Arcadia | Handmade in Italy, for just $150 this bag can be mine (and yours)! You can find it here. It’s all leather with dual chain handles, embossed details, gold tone hardware, and a detachable and adjustable shoulder strap.

Marc by Marc Jacobs | Who doesn’t love Marc Jacobs? This leather canteen crossbody bag is only $130, which isn’t bad for a brand like Marc Jacobs. Like Arcadia, it has a detachable and adjustable strap and also top carry handle. Find it here.

Got any suggested websites I should shop on? Got any of the items listed above? Make sure to comment in the comment section! Hopefully this’ll give you some fashion inspo for the summer! Also, check out my Instagram page @thestyleisland for more fashion inspiration. Take care!

Fashion Spotlight: Beads By Bry

BEADS BY BRY

Today’s Spotlight is on the young entrepreneur, Bryanna Workman. Bryanna is a college student who loves her craft! I’ve gotten the chance rock her beads (1st pic) and I love them! I like to wear Alex and Ani bracelets and these pair up perfectly with them. I also had the chance to speak to her about her entrepreneur endeavors. Take a look!

BEHIND THE BUSINESS

How did you get your concept/idea for your business? What made you want to start your own business?

“I came up with the idea for my business because multiple times I would go in retail stores looking for bracelets that weren’t bangles, had colors and were diverse. But, I could never find exactly what I was looking for.”

How would you explain your business to anyone who asked?

“The mission statement for my business is “Arm Candy Always Makes a Statement”.”

What are your goals for your business? Do you plan on expanding your business or keeping it small?

“My goals for my business is for it to eventually expand, and become a perfect place for women and men to shop worldwide. Hopefully one day I can open several boutiques and also have different kiosks in malls through out the United States.”

How long have you been making your own products? How do you come up with your designs?

“So far, I have been making my products since the summer of 2016. In addition to that I come up with my designs by throwing in different patterns and multiple colors and it just always seems to work and match in a weird way. I feel like the different colors and cute charms makes the bracelets and helps them serve their purpose. It attracts attention and catches people’s eyes because it’s not the usual jewelry individuals see.”

[For inquiries about these beautiful bracelets, you can contact her at pware.beadsbybry@gmail.com & follow her on Instagram]

Hopefully someone, somewhere, gets inspired to follow their dream like Bryanna is doing, just at the age of 20. No one ever says its easy being an entrepreneur. Whether you’re in the early stages of your startup, just secured funding for your startup or you are ready for product launch, there will always be those times when you ask yourself if this whole entrepreneur thing is worth it. I say, DO IT! What do you have to lose? If you just work on stuff that you like and you’re passionate about, you don’t have to have a master plan with how things will play out. Any small brands you advise me to check out? Comment below! 💚

COMFY + CHIC // RIHANNA

Comfy + chic… the middleman for the laid back and stylish. Here’s some of my fave  comfy + chic looks from Robyn Fenty herself..

RR1
Rihanna spotted arriving at a nightclub, wearing Alexander McQueen.

The Puma brand ambassador wore a pair of McQ shoes by Alexander McQueen. These are the Run Lo in Moonlight (a mash up of pink, beige, blue, black and speckled detail). Although I’m not sure where she got her dress or flannel from, the popstar paired this plain fit with some chic accessories:

  • Adam Selman x Le Specs sunglasses ($119)
  • MCM train case ($495)

Not bad huh? I’m very plain and simple with my color choices, but of course you can go with whichever colors of your liking! The Metallic purse makes the look stand in the middle of fun and plain jane. I chose Mac’s ‘Ruby Woo‘ ($17) as my red go-to shade but don’t hesitate to try something different! Now let’s move on to fit number two.

Rihanna was spotted in a Burberry python trench coat.

Fenty made green and pink look like the most perfect color combination ever with pieces from Burberry and Vetements. The trench coat with the sweatsuit – this is what I call comfy + chic! Now unfortunately finding a sweat suit like this on Polyvore was hard to find, so here’s my take on this look.

Who doesn’t love an all black fit? And there’s nothing more comfortable than wearing sweats.  The super cropped hoodie gives you an edge, likewise with the fishnet panties & simple bralette. I chose Metallic heels to spice up the black and hint of red with a dark red Metallic lip from Lime Crime as well – Similar to Riri’s look in a fun and sporty way!

Rihanna wore a tee by Isaac Sellam Experience as a dress.

Believe it or not, the dress Rihanna is wearing in this pic above is a men’s tee by Isaac Sellam Experience. It’s the Trouillard tee, which features straps dangling from the hem. Of course, it’s sold out but click here to view the current women’s collection or click here for menswear. Rihanna graced this look with Tom Ford’s padlock sandals. Leave it up to Rihanna to keep this look very simple, but here’s my take on this fit with a hint of EXTRA.

Unfortunately the Aldo White Strappy Sandals and Denim Jacket were sold out, but those are common items you can find just about anywhere. I see a lot of celebrities and every day people rock this fit and it’s definitely in my book for comfy + chic. You can even make it as simple as Rihanna’s look without the accessories and jacket. Now onto our last and my favorite look 😊

Rihanna rocked a Balenciaga jacket in New York

Rihanna rocked a Balenciaga jacket in new York

Rih rocked a blue and black jacket from Balenciaga‘s Fall/Winter 2016 collection. Made of canvas, the off-the-shoulder parka features a detachable hood and logo-embroidered stand collar.Underneath she sported a Roc Nation t-shirt. This is the Clearport tee ($45) and on the front is a graphic of a private jet and the label’s paper plane logo. Rih wore her own Fenty x Puma high heel sneaker boot in white, costing no less than $600. The shoes have Puma branding on the side, a Gothic number thirteen and a side zip closure. I love this look for the edgy feel that overrides its simplicity, yet the overall look is still pretty plain. This look definitely gives off comfy vibes with the t-shirt and jeans.

Comfy black skinny jeans can be found almost at any retailer and goes perfect with any graphic tee. Ankle boots are also very popular! I love to go all black (or any other neutral color) with a pop of color. The light mauve pink compliments the neon burnt orange very well. This is something I’d definitely wear to a date, the mall, or kick back with friends.

As we come to an end, I’d like to thank hausrihanna for the amazing pictures! Check out their site for Rihanna’s latest looks. In the meantime, take a look at a few other fits that go well with my Comfy + Chic theme! Thanks for reading ❤️
